The Ecstatic Dance experience is a heartfelt invitation to move freely and intuitively — without the need for performance, steps, or choreography. In this space, there is no right or wrong way to move. You are encouraged to listen to your body’s wisdom, follow your inner rhythm, and express yourself just as you are.

Through gentle guidance, carefully curated music, conscious breath, and deep body awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to release stored emotions, quiet the thinking mind, and soothe your nervous system. This process helps create space within — for clarity, emotional freedom, and a sense of calm groundedness.

Whether you’re new to movement or deeply experienced, Ecstatic Dance offers a sacred, non-judgemental space to reconnect with yourself and others in an authentic, embodied way.

This is not a performance.
It’s a ceremony of movement — a sacred, non-judgemental, and safe space to drop out of the mind, move, feel, rest, and reconnect with the body.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes for free movement
  • Layers in case you feel warm or cool during the session
  • A yoga mat or blanket if you wish to rest or lie down
  • Bare feet or non-slip yoga socks for stability and safety

With serious mobility restrictions or injuries aggravated by free movement
Recovering from recent surgery
Prone to seizures or fainting triggered by music, sound, or movement
Experiencing acute mental health crises without professional support.
This event is open to participants aged 18 and over due to the emotional and somatic nature of the experience.
