1. Use Headphones
For the best experience, use headphones. This will help you focus on the guided session and block out external distractions.
2. Find a Quiet Space
Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed for at least 15 minutes. Switch off your phone or notifications, and let those around you know you need a few minutes of calm.
3. Comfortable Position
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can close your eyes if that feels safe, or keep them gently closed. Allow your body to relax naturally.
4. Focus on Your Breathing
Take slow, deep breaths: inhale gently through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Let your shoulders drop and release any tension with each exhale.
5. Let Go & Follow the Guidance
During the hypnosis, simply listen and follow the guidance. There is no need to “force” relaxation — just allow your mind and body to respond naturally.
6. Repeat if Needed
You can listen to the session as often as you like. The more consistently you practice, the easier it will be to reach a deep state of calm.
